On October 26, the Sixth Shaanxi Silk Road Youth Scholars Forum, hosted by the Organization Department of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and organized by Xidian University, was held in Xi’an. More than 40 top international scholars discussed talent attraction and wisdom gathering.

At the ICAI 2024 Academician High-end Forum of the Information and Intelligence Development Conference, academicians exchanged views on topics such as laser spectroscopy research, infrared imaging technology, microwave wireless energy transmission, and high-entropy new energy technology. The conference also held a roundtable meeting of academicians, a mathematics and statistics forum, and parallel forums such as the intelligent era and social development. Through a series of academic activities, many cutting-edge topics in science and technology were discussed in depth.
It is reported that Sune Svanberg, former chairman of the Nobel Prize in Physics Committee, academician of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences and the Academy of Engineering, Wang Zhonglin, foreign academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, director of the Beijing Institute of Nanoenergy and Systems of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a 1978 alumnus of Xidian University, Zheng Xiaojing, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and professor of Xidian University, Duan Baoyan, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and professor of Xidian University, Hao Yue, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and professor of Xidian University, and more than 40 academicians and experts participated in the forum.
Members of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee’s Talent Work Leading Group and some universities, research institutes, and provincial state-owned enterprises, leaders of key industrial chain “chain leader” enterprises in the province, young scholars from all over the world, and student representatives from Shaanxi universities participated in the event.
